Salary:

$41.00-$55.00 per hour depending on experience and qualifications

Today we are looking for a passionate Diagnostic Medical Sonographer who will share in this approach.

CGA is now seeking experienced Sonographers for full-time and part-time positions.

Our sonographers enjoy working on the latest Philips equipment, all while in spacious ergonomically designed rooms at our site in beautiful Cold Lake and surrounding area clinics.

Successful applicants may be required to work at alternate locations, including Bonnyville and St. Paul, Alberta.

Successful Candidate

  • 1 year scanning experience in a Canadian hospital or clinic setting, preferred
  • Graduate of a recognized Diagnostic Medical Sonography program, required
  • New graduates may be considered, with training provided on-site in Calgary, Alberta
  • Must be Sonography Canada registered and insured, current and in good standing
  • Ability to provide a wide range of high-quality sonographic exams
  • Experience with Nuchal Translucency, Breast, MSK, Vascular, and/or Echo preferred
  • Preference will be given to candidates with MSK, Vascular and Breast experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment
  • Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent patient care skills
  • Ability to foster a positive and supportive learning environment for Diagnostic Medical Sonography students
  • Proficiency in English is required, all work is done in English

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • 8-hour, day shift
  • Weekend Availability

Clinic Manager – Northern Alberta– Cold Lake

CGA Medical Imaging is seeking an experienced Clinic Manager to oversee operations at our Cold Lake clinic and provide management support for our Bonnyville location. This is an exciting opportunity for a radiology leader who thrives on independence, innovation, and building strong clinic teams, while maintaining excellent communication with senior leadership from a distance.

The Role

Reporting to the Clinical Operations Manager, the Clinic Manager is the onsite leader for staff at both the Cold Lake and Bonnyville clinics. You’ll oversee daily operations, mentor staff, support new initiatives, and ensure seamless communication with CGA’s leadership team. This role requires strong IT skills, the ability to champion change, and the confidence to lead a diverse team environment with professionalism and consistency.

Successful Candidate

  • 10+ years of radiology experience with strong knowledge of imaging operations.
  • 5+ years of leadership experience in healthcare.
  • IT savvy and comfortable with troubleshooting, digital tools, and adapting to new platforms.
  • Proven ability to work independently with limited onsite support from head office.
  • Skilled in communication, team building, and guiding staff through change.
  • Graduateof a recognized Medical Office Assistant, Healthcare Administration, or related healthcare program.
  • Previous management experience in radiology considered a strong asset.
