Clinical care and health records: If you receive diagnostic imaging services from CGA, we may collect and use personal and health information as part of providing healthcare services (for example, scheduling, performing exams, and reporting results). The handling of diagnostic/clinical information may be subject to additional obligations under Alberta’s Health Information Act (HIA), where applicable.
