  • Carotid Exam

    A carotid exam checks for narrowing or blockages of the carotid arteries in those patients at risk of a stroke.

    Venous Exam

    A venous exam can be done on the legs or arms to check for blood clots.

    Arterial Exam

    Lower limb arterial exam are done to check for blockages in those primarily with Peripheral Arterial Disease.

The vascular scan is most often used for patients with a chronic liver condition, those at risk for deep vein thrombosis, or strokes who may suffer from the narrowing of the carotid arteries.
